How will my order be sent?
All orders will be shipped via FedEx. You may choose FedEx Standard Overnight
or FedEx 2-Day. Read more about Shipping.
How soon will my order ship after I place it?
Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped from
Honolulu. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday (FedEx does not
fly out of Honolulu on Saturdays or Sundays).
What is the cost of shipping?
The cost to ship one item FedEx 2-Day is $15 and each additional item is
just $1 more. The cost to ship one item FedEx Standard Overnight is $25
and each additional item is just $1 more.
How do I track my order?
You will receive your FedEx tracking number via email. Your package will
be trackable on FedEx.com the day it leaves Honolulu.
What is your return policy?
If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return
any unused items in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for paying return postage fees.
